Entering the Art Show

LoneStarCon 3 is pleased to invite science fiction and fantasy artists from around the World to take part in our Art Show. Our aim is to put on a substantial, high quality show as a central element in our broader plans for featuring science fiction and fantasy art at the Convention.

Update, August 14, 2013. The LoneStarCon 3 Art Show is now full and we are no longer accepting applications for space. This page has been left online for reference only.

Art Show Rules

If you are interested in participating in the show, the first thing to do is to read the Art Show Rules. We have provided these in two formats, for your convenience (identical information is provided in each version).

  • As a PDF (best for printing) - available below.

  • As a web page - easy to read online.

Please read the rules carefully, even if you are a regular Worldcon exhibitor, as some things may well be different this year.

How to Register

Once you have read the rules, you can register online (paying by credit card) or by post (paying by check).

  • Register online. through a web form. This will collect all the information we need from you and collect your payment for space reserved. (Note: this form has been de-activated as we are no longer accepting applications).

  • To register by post, download the Registration Form. This is also available in PDF format for ease of printing. We also have a Microsoft Word version where you can edit your information in directly (instead of writing by hand on a printed copy of the PDF). Your signed, completed registration form will need to be returned by postal mail to Scott Zrubek, the Art Show Director, along with your entry fees.
