Schedule and Highlights

This page contains key information about the overall schedule for the convention. This includes registration hours, convention highlights, and opening hours for key convention locations and services.

Registration Hours

All members will need to register on arrival at the convention, to pick up their badge and convention publications. Registration will be located in the West Registration area of the convention center. Our registration hours will be as follows.

  • Wednesday, August 28 - 9 a.m to 7 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 29 - 9 a.m to 7 p.m.
  • Friday, August 30 - 9 a.m to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 31 - 9 a.m to 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, September 1 - 9 a.m to 7 p.m.
  • Monday, September 2 - 9 a.m to 1 p.m.

Program Schedule

The full schedule for the convention is now available and can be accessed in two ways.

  • The Pocket Program, which all attending members will receive in printed form when they arrive and register at the convention, can be downloaded in PDF format.

  • The schedule is also available through our interactive program guide. This guide includes a full copy of the program, which can be browsed by item day and time, location, or participant. The guide is linked to our program database so it will also be updated automatically to reflect any last minute program changes.

Highlights

We are pleased to present a list of just some of the highlights that you should look out for at LoneStarCon 3. We expect the full program to be online around Monday, August 19.

All items are in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center unless otherwise stated. (This includes Ballroom A and Exhibit A.)
